In 2019 your company completed my loft conversion. This consisted of a master bedroom with a full bathroom ensuite and another room which I use as a dressing room. I would highly recommend your company and the skill and craftsmanship with which the entire fit-out was completed. I found that your vast experience and knowledge was extremely helpful . Your trustworthiness and attention to detail allowed for a smooth and professional fit-out.

"I would have no hesitation in recommending New Space"
A year or so ago my wife and I were in two minds whether to move to a bigger house or to have an extension and a loft conversion.
At the same time our new neighbour who was moving into the house opposite had similar work completed at their new home before moving in. We told them we were considering the work so they put us in touch with New Space Lofts. We met with Arron of New Space and were encouraged by his enthusiasm, helpful attitude and that they were able to do the extension work as well as the loft.
I was very impressed with how quickly the loft was completed and it’s made such a difference to our house. Also Arron was able to advise on the best layout for the loft, which meant having two bedrooms (one small one can be used as a walk in wardrobe) and an en-suite.
Once this was completed New Space started on our extension and of course this type of work will always be disruptive, but they were able to keep it to a minimum. I found every one from New Space or the people they used (painters, builders, tilers, carpenters etc) to be very friendly, helpful and trustworthy.
They also worked on extending our drive and did a great job. I would have no hesitation in recommending New Space to anyone looking for similar work.

"Don’t waste your time looking around, use Newspace"
I couldn’t recommend Newspace lofts with Arron and his team highly enough. In 2019 they converted the loft of my 2 bed bungalow to create 2 extra bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom. The quote Arron gave on initial consultation was by far the best, and his expertise when reviewing my original drawings allowed for us to maximise the space and genuinely build something that far exceeded my expectations. The speed of the work and quality of finish was exceptional, having the main construction work completed in only 5 weeks. I recall asking Arron when he first came round how much extra money I should expect to have aside just in case they came across any problems during the build (usually you would expect around 10% of the cost), he said “we don’t come across problems, it’s all in the price” and true to his word, we didn’t pay a penny over the original quote. We asked for additional work to be undertaken during the build which kept the team on site over the expected time frame. Not only did they undertake the extra work with out sign of being desperate to move on to the next job, but did all the work at cost price! The result is that I’ve now got a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that cost me less that the stamp duty and solicitors fees that I would have given away if I’d moved house. The best advice I can give anyone looking to have their loft converted is, don’t waste your time looking around, use Newspace.
